Positive Power

Brent Payne September 28, 2023

Basketballer Kobe Bryant states, “Everything negative – pressure, challenges – is all an opportunity for me to rise.” Kobe sees the power of positivity. Yesterday, you STOPPED your negative self-talk – squashed it. Today, you will encourage positive thoughts – ELEVATE them. You can do this any way you choose, here are a few options: meditate on positive things, smile, surround yourself with positive people, help someone, sing, or just be grateful. Journal your positive thoughts and note how they made you feel and how they raised your level of work performance for the day.

Don’t forget to click the mark complete button when you have finished completing your journal.
