What’s Snew?

Brent Payne September 28, 2023

TV cook and amateur philosopher Martin Yan says, “People who don’t travel cannot have a global view, all they see is what’s in front of them. Those people cannot accept new things because all they know is where they live.” For today’s exercise, ask yourself these questions: Am I a person who likes the security of routine? Or, am I a person who thrills in going outside the box? What have I learned from staying at home in what I do and how I think? What more have I learned from stepping free of my comfort zone? Journal your thoughts and observations about yourself.
