Story Telling
Celebrity psychologist, Dr. Joyce Brothers noted, “Music is stored in our long-term memory. When we learn something through music, we tend to remember it longer and believe it more deeply.” For today’s exercise, you’re going to dance with your long-term memory. Start by going to your Be Serene spot and playing a soothing meditation tune. Then pick either a date or event from the past and recall and think about as many details as possible. What did you do? How did you feel? Concentrate and see every detail you can. Then, journal your memory and all of the details you have recalled.
Don’t forget to click the mark complete button when you have finished completing your journal.
