Story Telling
We naturally focus inward when we think concentrate or meditate. But, when at work, being a prepared observer can be important to your success. You can size up the situation, see what’s working and what’s not, and adapt to meet the needs of your specific challenge. It’s easier for trained observers to pick up on subtle clues, unspoken messages, and otherwise hidden, but valuable information. For the critical observer, problem-solving is spot on, tactics and strategies are more focused, and business relationships are simpler.
Today we discussed five things you can do to improve your observation skills:
- Meditate
- Be logical
- Exercise your memory
- Experience new things
- Test yourself
As today’s exercise, journal your observations on your observation skills.
Don’t forget to click the mark complete button when you have finished completing your journal.
