It will require at least 30 days of daily practice before you will begin to master the exercises and principles of BEYOND FREEDOM. Even a single day of missed practice results in a backslide of progress which may take up to four additional days to recover. So, please practice with care and intent.

- Old Eskimo proverb
You have the power to change yourself, your family, your workplace, your community and the world. The beauty is that it starts all over again tomorrow – a new dawn arises. Live in the moment. Seize the day. Acknowledge the wonder unfolding. Embrace each sunrise as a new life for that is exactly what it is. Understanding that daily certainty will truly set you free.

– Dr. Martin Luther King
