In Progress

Elevate

Brent October 9, 2023

Welcome to Elevate.

This is going to be fun. Do you know what to do? By that I mean in almost any situation do you have a pretty clear idea how to proceed? Please think about that for a second.

How much do you trust your instincts? When given an opportunity, do you step up in life? Maximize your potential? Would you like to learn how?

Deep down we all know what to do. With Elevate we’ll learn how to recognize our gut feelings, snap judgments, and learn to better live from the heart.

Elevate is a self-help delivery system. All you have to do is commit to a few minutes for 72 consecutive days and positive results are guaranteed.

One of the best parts of this self-study course is the way it customizes itself to conform to our personal growth.  Absolute beginner or died in the wool personal development junkie, it doesn’t matter.  Whatever level we launch from, we will land at a higher elevation. Our awareness is now rising.

Moving uphill isn’t always easy. Emotional gravity tends to hold us all back. But the new muscles we’ll be working out and the confidence we are gaining will help push us upward for a discovery of new, more challenging and particularly rewarding goals just over that next horizon.

Please be aware that Elevate is not a quick fix. It’s actually a way to adapt your lifestyle to a healthy and natural state of being. Any growth process is always best accomplished with sustained, focused and persistent action.

The information in Elevate is not new.  Elements of the basic principles have been treasured by wise men for thousands of years. Variations are found in writings that range from ancient tribes to new age thinkers. From Napoleon to Napoleon Hill, from Cleopatra to Confucius, poets, presidents and popes have utilized the power.

Portions have been preached in all of the great religions including Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism and Islam. They all utilize elements of meditation or prayer, and an existence of an accessible higher knowledge.

But Elevate is not a religion by any means. Instead it is firmly rooted in the new sciences includingquantum physics, chemistry, molecular biology, positive psychology and eastern medicine. But you won’t need a library of books. We just did all the groundwork for you.

It is also essential that we utilize the daily schedule that introduces a new chapter every other day. A reflection day in between allows us to fully ingest the suggestions, facilitate the self-study exercises and explore our thoughts by writing our newfound insights and feelings in the journal. If you are not accustomed to writing in a journal, please do not shy away from this crucial step.

Writing is a window into the soul. You will be amazed at the new concepts and sudden self-understandings that will begin bubbling to the surface in these 72 days.

Physical Elevation sections feature health and eating exercises selected to complement the mental fitness components. The mind and body are engaged with breathing, stretching, and healthy eating tips.

Your mental strength, emotional stability and physical health are all addressed simultaneously. The program is also integrated so we will master one building block in order to reach the next. As we lay our foundation, it is important not to skip ahead but to follow the progression.

Here’s a question: If I feel I’m getting off track, how can I steer myself back if I’m not yet sure of the direction I’m taking?

Let’s begin by pulling out your internal GPS system and dropping a flag. The first Self Study will help us determine our starting point.

With words, you have just snapped your “before picture.” In fact, now please take a before picture and post it on your Elevate Online Resource Center. Go back and add a caption. One or two short lines describing your current situation.

The next step is to plot your direction. Our destination is a life well-lived. Along the way is a very pleasurable journey with many unforeseen stops. This isn’t one of those trips where you take the least scenic and most expeditious route. We want to enjoy our life’s journey. Racing to a destination with your head down often results in arriving at a place you didn’t really want to be and not having any fun getting there.

The sad truth is that while most people profess a strong desire for success and happiness, they have no idea what that looks like. They follow behind the group, staring only at the hindquarters in front of them, stepping on the well-worn path while idly wishing for a vague notion of a better life.

Guess what? It never comes.

So where do we want to go? We are going to plot our course step by step.

You don’t get to choose how you’re going to die. Or when. You can only decide how you’re going to live. — Joan Baez

So now we know where we are. And we have a list of the stops and sights along the way. This is going to be a trip!
