These Terms govern your use of VIM’s platform and services. By using VIM, you agree to them.

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use VIM. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.

BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS
VIM is a supportive and respectful space. You agree not to:
– Post offensive, hateful, illegal, or adult content
– Harass, bully, or spam other members
– Promote unauthorized products, services, or businesses
– Exploit, manipulate, or game the referral system
Violation of these expectations may result in account suspension or permanent removal without refund.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify support@vimnow.com immediately.

YOUR ACCESS
Your membership provides access to exclusive content, tools, and community features. Access is non-transferable and for individual use only.

REFUND POLICY – 3-DAY GUARANTEE
You may request a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase.  
To request a refund, email support@vimnow.com with your name and transaction details.  
After 3 days, all sales are final—no exceptions, including dissatisfaction, non-usage, or platform changes.

REFERRAL COMMISSIONS
To earn referral commissions, you must be an active member at the qualifying membership level. Commissions are not paid retroactively. Misuse, misrepresentation, or fraud will result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

AFFILIATE & REFERRAL CONDUCT
Affiliates must comply with all FTC guidelines and ethical marketing practices. Misrepresenting VIM’s program, earnings potential, or community benefits is prohibited. Violations will result in immediate disqualification from the referral program.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, logos, videos, course materials, and community assets are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use them commercially without written consent from VIM.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VIM makes no guarantees of income, success, or personal transformation. Your experience depends on your actions and effort. VIM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

TERMINATION
VIM may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. This includes but is not limited to violations of these terms or any behavior that harms the community.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials related to your use of VIM.

CHANGES TO TERMS
VIM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
